Your First Session

Your first session is an assessment where we get to know each other and make sure we are on the same page. I learn your exercise and injury history and conduct a Functional Movement Screen to understand your unique movement profile strengths and weaknesses. Next we formulate an individualized plan of attack based on your goals, while building realistic expectations.

Implementation

This is the fun part. You will learn to move while gaining stability and strength. Each workout is customized to reach your goals safely and efficiently, utilizing scientifically backed methods and a commitment to progression. Every workout builds on the previous one for the most rapid results possible.

You will learn how to properly warm up with Self Myofascial Release, Dynamic Mobility Drills, and individualized stretches. Next you master proper technique in the most effective resistance exercises.  My goal is to train you so well, eventually you only need me for programming.
